Asked for double room and it was well-equipped with a lovely view. The room had an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and coffee/tea making equipment plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Lovely hotel, the staff was amiable here and the location was incredible. Location: the venue was adjacent to arguably the most exclusive Avenue, restaurants in the area, and the library. Had lunch/dinner at La Storia, which I found not very far from the hotel. Booked a room with a lovely view...

What a charming and intimate stay! the location was fantastic, with lovely picturesque corners just a stone's throw away. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh products and amazing coffee. And the best part? We had the whole place to ourselves, sipping champagne and feeling like royalty.
It was a bit unsettling to be the only guests in the hotel during the off-season. the staff left early in the evenings, leaving us feeling a bit abandoned.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Signolle By Michel Gonet! The location was perfect, right on the exclusive Avenue de Champagne. The house itself is a beautiful heritage property with lovely rooms that are well-appointed and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the fact that it is a Grand Cru champagne house that grows its own grapes, and I got to taste their delicious Champagne wines, which were included in the room price. The staff, especially Calvin, who played multiple roles during my stay, was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. The breakfast served in the dining room felt like being at home, and the champagne tasting in the adjacent library was a delightful bonus. The hotel also provided free parking on the street, and I had no trouble finding a spot. I felt secure with the double security code at the entrance and the reception always being staffed during the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Epernay.
